Job Description

Our client, one of the world's leading food producers specializing in hybrid vegetable seeds like tomato, cucumber, and bell pepper, offers you an exciting opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking research and development efforts. Your attention to detail and commitment will directly contribute to maintaining the high-quality standards our QC team upholds
As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting the technicians in their work to ensure seed health in plants. Specifically, you will be responsible for the preparation of buffers essential for the lab.


Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of buffers and other laboratory reagents according to established protocols
• Maintain accurate records of buffer preparation and inventory
• Ensure that all buffers and reagents are stored properly and labeled correctly
• Monitor buffer expiration dates and reorder as needed
• Assist with other laboratory duties as assigned by the Laboratory Manager
• Follow safety protocols and regulations

Requirements

• MBO level in your work;
• At least a year of (internship)experience in the laboratory is a must;
• Experience with inventory management is nice to have;
• Familiarity with a quality regulated environment is considered an advantage;
• Available fulltime;
• Good communicative skills in English;
• You have a hands-on mentality and are a team player;

Benefits

• Employment: 1 year via Oxford Global Resources, with a possible extension afterwards;
• Salary indication: € 2350,- to € 2600,- gross per month, depending on education and experience;
• Working hours: fulltime (38 hours)
