What does the role involve?

As the Engineering Supply Manager, you'll lead strategic initiatives across four key areas, making a significant impact in our dynamic and innovative environment:

• Planning:
  • Establish global governance and allocation processes for VEH resources.
  • Collaborate with VEH Managers on competency, performance, and resource availability.
  • Develop standard policies and procedures for effective engineering services.
• Performance:
  • Provide transparency on all KPI's and implement both qualitative and quantitative performance measurement.
  • Address competence gaps and improve the evaluation mechanism for KPIs.
  • Collaborate with GMS for result-based action plans.
• Contingency:
  • Manage resourcing status and backup systems for service continuity.
  • Facilitate professional resource competency building processes.
• Financial Support:
  • Submit monthly VE HUB effort reports for cross-charging.
  • Drive cost optimization related to software usage through a governance process.

What you need is:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in engineering, project management or consulting in a matrix structure
• Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering
• Entrepreneurial, strategic and analytical mindset, with the drive to make a difference
• High cultural awareness and proficiency in English
