We're looking for you! For our office in the heart of Rotterdam, we're seeking a new addition to our Sea Logistics team. We're in need of to bolster our team in Rotterdam.

Your Role

In this dynamic role, you'll serve as a crucial liaison between customers, outside sales, operational departments, and our global offices, handling commercial, customer service, and monitoring tasks. Your Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day interactions with both existing and new customers assigned to you.

• Qualify, monitor, and delegate customer orders for execution by the Operational Care Centre (booking) Team into operational systems.

• Proactively collaborate with internal teams to manage existing customers in your portfolio and drive necessary improvements.

• Provide proactive advice and consultancy to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Monitor internal data and customer indicators/KPIs, plans and offering solutions for continuous improvement.

• Ensure administrative processes are efficient, controlled, and successful, using your flexibility and problem-solving skills to contribute positively.

• Build and maintain customer relationships to foster partnerships beneficial for both Kuehne + Nagel and the customer's growth

Your Skills and Experiences

• Strong team player with the ability to work independently.

• Organizational prowess, with the ability to prioritize and differentiate main issues from peripheral ones.

• Customer- and service-oriented mindset.

• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adept at prioritization and quick adaptation.

• Excellent command of English; Dutch proficiency is advantageous.

• Available for a 40-hour workweek.
