Job Description

As Applications Support Lead, you are a hands-on, technical supervisor who is responsible for the entire life cycle of Application Information Technologies and accountable for second and third tier ERP and CRM applications support, ongoing maintenance and executions of small projects and updates to hybrid applications as well as associated components. You will focus on leading a team focused on excellent customer support service. In addition, you will focus on skills required by the applications support team and coordinator with applications owners.

Your role

• You manage the applications support team and coach them to understand and follow processes to deliver efficient and effective support service to end-user;

• You partner with other applications services leads to identify improvements or changes to the support services to improve delivery to the business;

• You ensure business continuity by appropriate monitoring, operational maintenance and support, working to implement appropriate level coverage;

• You provide resources and prioritize, scope and assist with global applications projects;

• You work with application owners to ensure services are effectively transferred to application support services;

• You maintain up to date knowledge on business changes, digital transformation and technology needs to support the business. You also establish strong relationships and communication channels with stakeholders and end users;

Your track record

• You have a Bachelor or Master degree with a background in information technology, business administration, computer sciences or a related field;

• You have at least 7 years of experience with demonstrated experience in applications support and knowledge of ERP systems implementation and support. Knowledge of Information Security is a plus;

• As a plus, you have technical leadership experience and you are ITIL certified;

• You have strong stakeholder engagement, you can communicate well and you are able to collaborate across functions;

• You have excellent English language skills, both written and oral.
